At Alvin Scents, customer satisfaction matters.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
